Cancellation Policy
1. Cancelation policy; I understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a non-refundable 50% fee of your scheduled service. A complimentary text and email are sent out 72 hours in advance for ample time to accommodate this policy.
2. No-Show Policy; If you miss an appointment without 24 hour notice, I reserve the right to charge 50% of your scheduled appointment. Please understand that I schedule special time for you and without 24 hour notice, I cannot fill the spot you have reserved for your services. A complimentary text and email are sent out 72 hours in advance for ample time to accommodate this policy. After the third no show or day of cancelation, I reserve the right to charge 100% of your scheduled appointment.
3. Card on file; I require a credit/debit card on file for the protection of my business, time, and to streamline the checkout and payment processing for your services.
